GECAS orders 40 Boeing 737-800s

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of General Electric, today announced an order for 40 Next-Generation Boeing 737-800s at the Farnborough International Air Show.

The parade of orders has begun this week. All manufacturers “stack” their pending orders so they can be announced and signed during major aviation events.
