British Airways vows to fly 70% of its passengers during the 20-day strike

British Airways (London) is planning to operate six out of ten long-haul flights and more than half its shorter services from Heathrow, but up to two million people are still expected to be affected by the long-running industrial action by its cabin staff.

This new plan is part of BA’s strike-busting plan to ‘keep BA flying’ and resist the Unite union which the company has termed as “seeking to destroy Britain’s flagship airline with pointless industrial action”.
