Unite union threatens more strikes against British Airways

British Airways (London) is probably facing more strikes by its cabin crew staff. The union representing BA striking cabin crews warned yesterday that it would stage more labor stoppages unless there was a breakthrough in the dispute over pay and jobs.

Unite, which represents about 90 percent of BA’s 12,000 cabin crews, made the threat on the first day of a four-day strike, its second walkout this month.
