Any potential investment by either American or Delta in JAL is put on hold

American Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth) and Delta Air Lines (Atlanta) will not be able to invest in JAL-Japan Airlines (Tokyo-Haneda) until new management is in place. There is also the possibility that both groups will be prevented from any investment.
