AirTran to serve Key West with Boeing 737-700s

AirTran Airways (Orlando and Atlanta) will add seasonal service to Key West from Orlando starting on December 17. The new route will be operated with Boeing 737-700 aircraft four times a week. Runway 9/27 is 4,801 feet in length. In the past National Airlines operated Boeing 727s into EYW. ASA (Delta Connection) currently operates Bombardier CRJ700s into the airport from Atlanta.
